SENCON offers a full-range of energy-improving, green-enhancing consulting services for multi-family property managers and owners; developers; local, state and federal agencies; and community organizations. We offer the following capabilities to all of our clients:

SENCON Boasts a Deep Bench – A key factor to any winning team are the players themselves. Our in-house staff offers a wealth of knowledge in the building sciences, energy efficiency programs, training, and quality assurance. Their dedication to SENCON and those they serve is exemplary, and it’s proven on a consistent basis through their hard work and by our clients’ comments.

SENCON Has Extensive Expertise – SENCON has been contracted to design, implement and oversee two federally funded and one state funded energy efficiency program. Our primary role in each of these grants is to provide consulting services to include development of an implementation schedule, home performance protocols, component design and implementation, contractor training, quality assurance, program evaluation and program sustainability.

SENCON Has the Ability to Draw on Parent Company Resources – SENCON’s parent company, ASIS, is a minority small business contractor whose primary clients are the United States Army Corps of Engineers, Department of the Army, Department of the Navy, among other federal agencies. It’s because of this experience, that SENCON is structured and operates in compliance with the same strict government regulations that are applied to its parent company. We are also able to draw on their experience and ability to perform work across a number of environmental, technological and developmental service areas.

SENCON is Uniquely Positioned to Recruit, Train and Develop – SENCON is currently offering BPI Installer and Analyst courses on a monthly basis in partnership with local community colleges, workforce development agencies and labor unions throughout the country. We continue to forge these types of relationships with diverse stakeholders to ensure workers entering the green workforce are properly trained and certified. This provides SENCON the ability to attract and maintain the most qualified staff in the industry.

SENCON Offers National Reach Capability – SENCON’s national reach allows us to remain flexible and responsive to changing market needs and readily adapt successful practices in other areas to the programs and projects necessary to make Hampton Roads a greener, more energy efficient region.
